Our Fall Champion Hero is… Alisha Richert

It’s our pleasure to introduce you to Alisha Richert, a Caregiver at New Perspective Senior Living in Woodbury, Minnesota and this month’s Fall Champion Hero. Alisha is best known for her abundance of compassion, which is evident in her everday interactions with residents and critical in her fall response. When responding to a resident fall, Alisha “holds their hand, she pats their back, she stays present. She focuses on how they are feeling, visibly offers comfort and reassurance and lets the resident know they are safe,” says Lindsey Marusich, New Perspective Woodury ED and Alisha’s nominator. We’re grateful for Alisha’s outstanding caregiving and commitment to fall management, and so very proud to call her a Fall Champion Hero. Join us in congratulating her!

If you know someone who deserves to be considered a Fall Champion Hero, please share your story with us.
