We’re closing out 2023’s fall champion heroes with Victoria Davidson-Daley, a resident assistant at Charter Senior Living, Walking Horse Meadows, in Clarksville, Tennessee. Victoria was selected because of her immediate and impressive responsiveness to resident falls, handling each incident gracefully and compassionately. Her nominator, Rebekah Ballard, Health and Wellness Director, says, “Victoria is always very responsive when there is a fall detected. She takes the time to get on the floor with the resident, console them, rub their back, and place a pillow under their head.” It’s this type of caregiving that makes Victoria a fall champion hero. And Rebekah adds, “She’s amazing all the time!”
