It’s our pleasure to introduce you to Shauna (Shay) Cole, a Care Partner at Highgate Senior Living of Prescott Lakes, and April’s Fall Champion Hero. Shay is being celebrated for the calm, care, and compassion she demonstrates in her fall response. Her nominator, Executive Director Jennifer West says, “Shay is always so gentle with residents, gets to their eye level, and does such a wonderful job at keeping them comfortable. I cannot express how grateful I am to have her as part of our team here. She’s a huge asset and connects with each resident on their level, wherever that may be.”
