Join us in celebrating November’s Care Champion Hero, Cortney Finkelstein, a Charge Nurse at Belmont Village Scottsdale in Scottsdale, Arizona! Cortney has only been in her role a short time, but she’s already making a tremendous impact in her community. She consistently follows the community’s protocols, gets on the ground with the resident after a fall, and leverages the right tools to perform an assessment.
