Meet Caylee Moore, October’s Care Champion Hero! Caylee is a Medication Aide at The Delaney at Lake Waco, in Waco, Texas. And while she’s only been in her role for six months, she’s made a big impact on residents in a short time. Alicen Putney, Director of Memory Care, says, “Caylee always goes above and beyond to be kind and compassionate to our residents. She also takes the time to know their individual needs and preferences. Caylee incorporates this into her job every day.” Caylee is also known for her excellence in fall response, getting down to the resident’s level, ensuring they’re comfortable until further assistance arrives, and reassuring them as they engage in conversation during that time.
