Meet Monce “Mo” Reyes, caregiver at Sonida Senior Living’s The Waterford at Colby, and our August Fall Champion Hero! Mo is being celebrated for her dependability, quick response after a fall, and personal connections with residents. Known for her efficiency in fall response, Mo stepped into this role only 5 months ago and has blossomed into an amazing caregiver. Wellness Director Brittany Burt says, “She really knows the history of each resident that she takes care of and their likes and dislikes. She is a phenomenal listener when residents are telling her stories. She is a superstar in our Magnolia Trails department!”
