This season offers so many reasons to celebrate, including December’s Care Champion Hero, Paulina Rocha, a Medication Tech at The Ackerly at Reeds Crossing, a Leisure Care Community! We’re proud to add Paulina to our ranks or outstanding caregivers, as she’s known for not only demonstrating empathy for every resident, but also for supporting her teammates by helping to train new staff members, too. General Manager Jeremy Zimmerman says, “Paulina’s compassion and empathy are second to none. Understanding and sharing the feelings of the person in their care creates the trust and emotional support our Opal residents need. Additionally, her patience is one for all to model after.
