Get a SafelyYou grant
Each grant covers the cost of implementation for our fall detection and prevention program† in a skilled nursing facility or assisted living or memory care community. SafelyYou makes better-quality care easier to provide, easing the burden on care staff and helping with retention.
What a grant includes:
Implementation of the SafelyYou fall detection and prevention system in memory care—it detects falls with over 99% accuracy
A comprehensive fall management program assessment, including review of staff education and intervention action plan response
Regular fall huddles with SafelyYou experts, including physical therapists and occupational therapists, to collaborate on fall prevention interventions
Access to SafelyYou University, a first-of-its-kind program that combines dementia training with fall prevention education
†Implementation provided with committed term for the monthly subscription cost. Implementation coverage requires a 15-bed minimum in one community. Applications accepted through midnight PT on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
