It’s our pleasure to introduce you to Isabelle Fabrie, February’s Fall Champion Hero. For the last eleven years, Isabelle has been a Cottage Coordinator at Highgate at Prescott Lakes in Prescott, Arizona. It’s an impressive tenure, made even more admirable by her unwavering dedication to fall prevention and strong affection for every resident in her care.

“Isabelle actively participates in fall huddle discussions, bringing insights into resident preferences, habits, and needs to problem solve around fall prevention,” says Paige Ryan, Executive Director at Highgate at Prescott Lakes and Isabelle’s nominator. Isabelle couples this commitment to reducing falls with a deep level of caring for the residents at Highgate, understanding that being trusted with someone’s well-being is both an honor and a privilege. Paige adds, “She truly loves each resident and takes her responsibility for each person’s well-being seriously—she knows it is a sacred duty to care for those who rely on us.”
It’s an honor and a privilege for us to add Isabelle to our Fall Champion Heroes. Thank you, Isabelle, for taking care of our loved ones every day. If you know someone like Isabelle who should be a Fall Champion Hero, please share your story with us.
